This amazing Z28 was sold two blocks away from our shop at Crescent Chevrolet in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. The car has amazing metal structure with great body lines refinished in the original Daytona Yellow with Black stripes, show quality base clear paint. Very nice clean metal undercarriage. This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is a true X33 version of Chevrolet's all-time classic pony car. The X33 designation denotes its factory origins as a Z28 coupe with RPOZ21 Style Trim Group, which forms the foundation of the Rally Sport package with roof drip moldings, simulated rear fender louvers, wheel well bright moldings, Black body sills, rear panel emblem and taillight bright accents; the Rally Sport package in combination with the Z28 package adds a Black grill with hideaway headlights, RS exterior and interior emblems, Rally Sport fender badges and reverse lights below the rear bumper. The car is equipped with the correct DZ engine block topped off with Dart aluminum heads that add impressive horsepower, Muncie M-20 4-speed and updated 3.73 Posi-traction rear end, power disc brakes, D80 spoiler package and center console with special gauges. It is rolling on correct rally rims with a nice set of BFG with letter tires.
