The drivetrain has been rebuilt from front to back including a strong running, numbers matching L79 327/350 engine and is backed by an upgraded Tremec 5-speed transmission for smooth highway cruising. Under the hood is highly detailed, with 7 fin Corvette aluminum valve covers, chrome ignition shielding, Winters intake and correct Harrison overflow tank. The body on this Corvette has excellent gaps, smooth lines and paint that has a deep shine that looks dark at night but really comes to life in the sun. The bumpers have brilliant chrome and the stainless trim is in very good condition. The bright white interior is new and looks amazing, along with crisp and clear tach and gauges, working clock, Corvette stereo, new carpet kit, correct seat belts and simulated wood steering wheel. The undercarriage has been restored with many new suspension pieces, adjustable front coil over shocks, new correct exhaust and is highly detailed to show the amazing original floors and frame. This Stingray retains its original Pro-Tecto-Plate showing that it was sold knew at Bob Brown Chevrolet. This gorgeous dark green roadster has been throughly enjoyed and meticulously maintained by it previous owners and it shows.
