Mirror finish paint professionally painted over a beautiful fiberglass body with impeccable body lines and new chrome and stainless all the way around, including bumpers, grill, emblems, door handles, mirrors, bezels, windshield glass and stainless. According to the restoration shop this is an original L71 big block 427/435hp Corvette that started life as a Marina Blue car with black interior and the owner made the decision do a comprehensive restoration to match his triple black roadster. Like many corvettes the color trim tag was changed during the restoration process and the original tag comes with the car. Under the hood is a rebuilt, date code correct and numbers matching fire breathing 427 with 435 horsepower, topped off with the tri-power, 3 deuce setup, Winters snowflake intake, correct ignition set up, disc brakes, mated to an Muncie 4-speed and backed buy a posi-traction rear end with big block heavy duty swaybar ans suspension. The interior is equally as nice with newer black leather seats over new cushions. The seats look like they have never been sat in. The dash is like new with newer rebuilt gauges showing only 755 miles since the restoration, correct L71 6500 redline tach and 80 psi oil gauge, new dash pad and a newer crack free steering wheel, new carpet, new door panels, new carpet, correct AM/FM corvette stereo, a rebuilt working clock and rare power windows. The undercarriage is as new having benefited from a frame off nut and bolt restoration with gorgeous fiberglass floors, high gloss painted frame, new spare carrier and spare, rebuilt disc brakes, This incredible American Dream Machine is rolling on brand new bolt on turbine style wheels and Cooker redlines tire that match perfectly.
