STUNNING SILVER 1959 TWO TOP ROADSTER, WITH LUSH RED LIKE NEW INTERIOR. In 1959 the Chevrolet Corvette Roadster was one of the leading icon cars for an American sports car enthusiasts. It was as gorgeous then as it is today. This Inca silver Corvette features a rare Powerglide automatic transmission with only 1,878 being produced. This nostalgic icon car is in great condition with a beautiful fiberglass body structure and very solid clean frame. The silver paint shows very well as you can see by the picture. The bumpers and grill have been rechromed with no cost spared. The car has lots of new chrome and the rest of the original bright work is in great condition. This convertible comes with both tops, hard top and white convertible top which is in great condition. The red interior is amazing and looks like new. Door panels, seat covers etc are newer. Dash and steering wheel are a work of art with crisp clean gages and flawless red paint on the dash. Under the hood is show quality and embellishes a v8 engine that looks stock, but has been upgraded to a 350 with a little more horse power for that passing gear, 010 casting number. Topped off with the famous Quadrojet 4 barrel carburetor, corvette valve covers and original style air cleaner and newer ignition shielding. The transmission is an aluminum case 2 speed Powerglide automatic and the rear axle is original to the car. The car comes with a nice rumble from new exhaust coming out the rear bumper. This corvette has major curb appeal rolling on 15 inch wide white wall tires and correct newer Corvette chrome spinner hub caps and would look amazing parked in your garage.
