EXTERIOR
This true 1968 Super Sport Camaro was built in the Norwood plant on April 16 1968 and delivered to Bruce Symons Chevrolet-Olds in Van Wert, Ohio. It was factory painted in a code DD Grotto Blue and then enhanced to the newer base coat clear coat beautiful shade of blue that it is today. Much more vibrant with a little more pop and metallic. The metal structure under the paint is impeccable and has changed very little since 1968 with no rust issues. The white SS stripes are painted under the clear coat. New Chrome all the way around, bumpers front and back, stainless trim, hood louvers, wheel moldings, side spears, door handles, new brake lights and turning signals, SS emblems and gas cap, Windshield and windshield trim, headlight bezels, and grill and trim. This car has keyed hood locks to protect your investment and not scratch the paint like standard hood pins. This is a beautiful car.
INTERIOR
The interior is just as nice with correct 712 black standard interior, Newer seat covers, carpet and door panels, New Hurst shifter, new center dash bezel and inside mirror. New expensive deluxe seat belts. Correct original SS steering wheel in great condition and correct original glove box sticker for tire pressure for an SS car.

Under the hood of this gorgeous Super Sport is a fresh balanced and blue printed L78 396/375 hp engine with receipts. This is a replacement block dated May 16, 1969. True 4 bolt main block casting-3955272, square port heads, GM snowflake intake, Holley 750 carburetor, very nice ceramic headers, 4 core radiator, New power disc brake booster and upgraded with Wilwood front discs and calipers, New GM chrome valve covers and air cleaner, New MSD ignition, Rebuilt Muncie M21 4 speed with 11 inch clutch, Rebuilt Eaton12 bolt posi with correct 5 leaf SS leaf springs.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Gorgeous metal structure from bumper to bumper on this SS Camaro, Undercoated with thin rubberized undercoating to protect the metal and not hide anything. The car sounds great with newer Flowmaster exhaust and stainless pipes. This SS Camaro is rolling on a newer set of Cragar SS chrome rims and white BF Goodrich tires. These can be exchanged for correct rally rims if you prefer the stock look.
